Having Problems With Your Globe Data Connection?
If you are having issues with your Globe data connection and you call 211 for help there will not be any live CSRs to help you right now. Instead you will have to weave your way through the decision tree at which point you will be given a URL to access for connection troubleshooting and you will receive this text with the same message:
We're sorry to hear that you're having difficulty with your internet connection. We understand your need to stay connected during this time.
For the initial troubleshooting of your connection, please visit https://www.globe.com.ph/help/troubleshooting.html. Thank you and stay safe!
Did you get that, folks? If you cannot access the Internet just visit that URL.
